Why choose BAA EXPERT

BAA EXPERT LLC appraises car damage after accidents in Bishkek and prepares documents for an insurance payout. We inspect the car in person and calculate the repair cost at market prices. We have worked since December 2025 and completed more than 700 assessments.

Below are six advantages. You can ask us about any of them before you order. We work on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00.

Six advantages

  • Inspected in person by the appraiser

The appraiser inspects the car in person and works out the repair cost based on its actual condition and market prices.

  • A paper report with a stamp

The report is issued in two copies, on paper only, signed and stamped by the appraiser. It is used when you apply to the insurance company.

  • A clear calculation, part by part

The defect list shows what is damaged and what needs replacing. Parts, labour and materials are priced at market rates. Every item is justified, so the total can be checked.

  • Documents for an insurance payout

The assessment needs the owner’s passport and the vehicle registration certificate. For an insurance case, we also need the details of the accident, and we will give you the exact list when you contact us. We prepare the report, damage calculation, photos and defect list in the format the insurer requires. Document preparation is included in the assessment price. If the insurer does not accept the report, we will redo it or help you dispute the decision.

  • Visits across Bishkek and its suburbs

If the car cannot be driven, is at an impound lot or at a repair shop, the appraiser comes to the car. We work across Bishkek and its suburbs. A visit within the city adds +1 000 KGS. To Dordoi, Magistral, Novopavlovka and Novopokrovka it adds +1 500 KGS, and out of town it starts from +2 000 KGS.

  • Turnaround of 3–5 days

From inspection to the finished report takes 3–5 days. For major damage, up to 7 days. Each price category shows its timing on the prices page.

How the damage amount is calculated

The sum is built up from individual parts. First, the appraiser inspects the car in person, photographs the damage to each part and records it in the defect list.

Then the restoration cost is calculated at market prices for parts, labour and materials.

The result goes into the report: photos of the damage, the defect list, the calculation and the total damage amount. The appraiser signs the report and puts a stamp on it. This shows how the total is made up.

Why the assessment comes before repair

It is better to assess the car before the repair. The damage has to be recorded in its original state: after the repair, its extent can no longer be confirmed. So do not start the repair until the assessment is finished.

If an accident has already happened, we will tell you which documents you need for the insurance claim and agree on the time and format of the inspection.

Clients come to us when:

  • you need to assess the damage after an accident
  • you need documents for an insurance payout
  • the insurer calculated less than the repair costs
  • you need to confirm the market value of the car
  • you need advice on what to do next
