On-site inspection
If the car cannot be driven or is at an impound lot or a repair shop, the appraiser comes to it. We work in Bishkek and the suburbs.

Documents for an insurance payout

How the work goes
Photos and a video in WhatsApp
You send photos and a video of the damage. We agree on the price based on them.
Inspection
The appraiser inspects the car in person. If the car cannot be driven, the appraiser comes to it across Bishkek and the suburbs. The contract is signed after the inspection.
Calculation and report
We calculate the repair cost at market prices for parts, labour and materials. It takes 3–5 days from the inspection, and up to 7 days for major damage.
Payment and report
You can pay in any convenient way, before or after the work. The report is issued in two paper copies, signed and stamped by the appraiser.
Which service to choose
The choice depends on what happened to the car and which document you need.
- You need the cost of repair after an accident and a report for the insurance company: damage assessment after an accident. The documents for the payout are included in its price, so you do not need to order them separately.
- You need the value of the car itself, based on its condition and the market: market value of a car.
- If the car cannot be driven or is at an impound lot or a repair shop: on-site inspection. A visit within the city is a separate surcharge: +1 000 KGS; to Dordoi, Magistral, Novopavlovka and Novopokrovka, +1 500 KGS; outside the city, from +2 000 KGS.

Frequently asked questions about the services
What is the difference between damage assessment and market value?
Damage assessment is how much it costs to restore the car after an accident. Market value is how much the car itself is worth, given its condition and the market.
How much do the services cost?
Damage assessment starts from 4 500 KGS for 1–2 damaged parts, up to 7 000 KGS for 11 or more. Market value starts from 4 500 KGS; for a rare car, the surcharge is +2 000 KGS. A visit within the city is +1 000 KGS; to Dordoi, Magistral, Novopavlovka and Novopokrovka, +1 500 KGS; outside the city, from +2 000 KGS.
How long does the assessment take?
From the inspection to the finished report it takes 3–5 days. For major damage, up to 7 days.
Should the car be repaired before the assessment?
No. It is better not to start any repairs before the assessment, so that the damage is recorded in its original state.
Which documents do you need?
The owner’s passport and the vehicle registration certificate. For an insurance case we also need the details of the accident. We will confirm the exact list when you contact us.
