Before the inspection. Message us on WhatsApp or call and tell us what happened. Send photos and a video of the damage: we agree on the price based on them.
Inspection
In-person inspection. The appraiser inspects the car in person and photographs every damage. If the car cannot be driven, the appraiser comes to the car. The contract is signed after the inspection.
Calculation and report
3–5 days from the inspection. We draw up the defect list and calculate the repair cost at market prices. Every item has a justification.
Handover
At handover. We hand over two paper copies of the report, signed and stamped by the appraiser. You can pay in any convenient way, before or after the work.
What the insurance payout package is
The package is a set of documents that you hand over to the insurance company after an accident. The main document is the appraisal report. It contains the photos of the damage, the defect list and the calculation of the repair cost.
The defect list records what is damaged and what has to be replaced. Every item has a justification, so the calculation can be checked line by line.
The report is issued only on paper, in two copies, with the appraiser’s signature and stamp. Preparing the documents is included in the price of the damage assessment. If the insurer does not accept the report, we will redo it or help you dispute the decision.
When to start the repair
Start the repair only after the assessment: the damage has to be recorded in its original state.

How much it costs and how long it takes
A damage assessment costs from 4 500 KGS for 1–2 damaged parts. For 3–5 parts it is 5 000 KGS, for 6–7 parts 6 000 KGS, for 8–10 parts 6 500 KGS, and for 11 or more parts 7 000 KGS. We agree on the exact amount after you send photos and a video.
The turnaround is 3–5 days from the inspection to the finished report. With 8 or more damaged parts it is 5–7 days. For major damage it is up to 7 days.
If the car cannot be driven or is at an impound lot or a repair shop, the appraiser comes to the car. A visit within the city is +1 000 KGS. To Dordoi, Magistral, Novopavlovka and Novopokrovka it is +1 500 KGS. Outside the city it is from +2 000 KGS.
Basis: the injured party’s documents
The insurer may not require other documents and must confirm receipt of them.
- Mandatory packageThe insurance policy or its duplicate; certified copies of the accident diagram, the accident certificate and the protocol of the intoxication test; the passport of the applicant (an individual) or a power of attorney for the representative of a legal entity; a copy of the driving licence of the person who drove the vehicle and of the document giving the right to drive.
- For harm to healthCertificates, documents on expenses and income. In case of death: a notarised certificate and a document confirming the right to inheritance.
