Inspection
The appraiser inspects the car in person. If it cannot be driven or is at an impound lot or a repair shop, the appraiser comes to it in Bishkek and the suburbs.
Contract and payment
The contract is signed after the inspection. You can pay in any convenient way, before or after the work.
Calculation and report
We calculate the cost and prepare the report. From inspection to a finished report: 3–5 days; for major damage, up to 7.
Handover
The report is handed over on paper, in two copies, signed and stamped.
Auto valuation in simple words
Auto valuation is an independent appraiser’s work. The appraiser inspects the car in person and answers the question of what it is worth, in an official report with a signature and a stamp.
The two types answer different questions. Damage appraisal is needed after an accident: for an insurance payout, or when the insurer has offered less than the repair cost. Market value appraisal confirms what the car itself is worth.

How the in-person inspection works
The appraiser inspects the car in person, photographs the damage and records what is damaged and what must be replaced. For market value, the condition, trim level and mileage are also taken into account.
If the car cannot be driven or is at an impound lot or a repair shop, the appraiser comes to it in Bishkek and the suburbs. Visit within the city: +1 000 KGS; to Dordoi, Magistral, Novopavlovka and Novopokrovka: +1 500 KGS; outside the city: from +2 000 KGS.
Do not repair the car before the inspection: the damage must be recorded in its original state.
How much the appraisal costs
The price of a damage appraisal depends on the number of damaged parts. A total loss is priced by agreement.

- 3–5 parts — 5 000 KGS
- 6–7 parts — 6 000 KGS
- 8–10 parts — 6 500 KGS
- 11 or more parts — 7 000 KGS

What is the difference between damage appraisal and market value?

Can I repair the car before the appraisal?
No. Do not repair the car before the appraisal: the damage must be recorded in its original state.
Do you come to the car?
Yes, if the car cannot be driven or is at an impound lot or a repair shop. The visit surcharge is +1 000 KGS within the city, +1 500 KGS for Dordoi, Magistral, Novopavlovka and Novopokrovka, and from +2 000 KGS outside the city.
Will the insurer accept the report?
We prepare the report for an insurance payout. If the insurer rejects it, we will redo it or help you dispute the decision. The documents include the calculation, photos, the defect list and a justification for every item.
