How to resolve your question faster

To agree on the price faster, send the following in your first WhatsApp message:

  • Photos and a video of the damage from all sides

  • The owner’s passport and the vehicle registration certificate

  • The city or district where the car is now: it affects the surcharge for the visit

  • Details of the accident if this is an insurance case (we will confirm the exact list when you contact us)

If you are not sure what matters, describe the situation in one message. We will clarify the rest together.

What happens next

  1. We agree on the price

We name the price based on the photos and the video. The price depends on the number of damaged parts. From the inspection to the finished report it takes 3–5 days, up to 7 days for major damage.

  2. We arrange the inspection

If the car cannot be driven, or it is at an impound lot or a repair shop, the appraiser comes to it. We visit in Bishkek and the suburbs.

  3. We sign the contract

The contract is signed after the inspection. You can pay in any convenient way, before or after the work.

  4. You receive the report

The report is issued on paper, in two copies, with the appraiser’s signature and stamp. Preparing the documents is included in the damage assessment price.
