Car damage assessment after an accident: calculation and report
Damage assessment after an accident is an in-person inspection of the car and a calculation of the repair cost at market prices. The cost starts from 4 500 KGS, and the exact amount depends on how many parts are damaged.
The result is a report in two paper copies, signed and stamped by the appraiser. The report is part of the document set for an insurance payout. The timeline is 3–5 days from the inspection.

How the assessment works
Contact us
Before the inspection. Message us on WhatsApp or call. Send photos and a video of the damage, and we agree on the cost based on them.
In-person inspection
The countdown starts. The appraiser inspects the car in person. If the car cannot be driven or is at an impound lot or a repair shop, the appraiser comes to you. The contract is signed after the inspection.
Calculation and defect list
3–5 days. Photo records, a defect list, a repair cost calculation at market prices and the total damage amount.
Report
Major damage: up to 7 days. Two paper copies with the appraiser’s signature and stamp. The longer timeline applies to major damage. You can pay in any convenient way, before or after the work.
How we calculate the repair cost
The repair cost is calculated at market prices for parts, labour and materials. The total damage amount comes from this calculation and goes into the report.
Before the calculation, the appraiser photographs every damage and enters it into the defect list. The list shows what is damaged and what has to be replaced.
In the calculation, every item is backed by a photo and an entry in the defect list. This shows what each amount is for. The documents for the insurance payout include a justification for every item.
How much the assessment costs
From 4 500 KGS to 7 000 KGS: the price depends on how many parts are damaged. We agree on the cost after you send photos and a video of the damage on WhatsApp. The list below shows the price and the timeline for each group.
A visit is needed if the car cannot be driven, or it is at an impound lot or a repair shop. Then a visit surcharge is added to these prices: within the city, +1 000 KGS; to Dordoi, Magistral, Novopavlovka and Novopokrovka, +1 500 KGS; outside the city, from +2 000 KGS. A total loss is priced by agreement.
