Movable property appraisal: cars in Bishkek
The appraiser determines the value of a car: its market value or the cost of accident damage. The market value starts from 4 500 KGS, and accident damage from 4 500 KGS. The report is ready 3–5 days after the inspection.
The appraiser inspects the car in person. The result is an official report with the appraiser’s signature and stamp, in two paper copies. The inspection takes place at our office or on site in Bishkek and the suburbs.

What movable property means
Movable property is things that can be moved without losing their purpose. A car is movable property.
Appraiser qualification
The appraiser holds a qualification certificate for movable property appraisers, category II, registration number 0206. The certificate was issued on 29 November 2024 and is valid for 3 years. The certificate includes the authority to appraise vehicles.

How much does an appraisal cost?
The market value appraisal starts from 4 500 KGS. Accident damage starts from 4 500 KGS, and we agree the exact price after you send photos and a video of the damage on WhatsApp.
How long does the appraisal take?
From inspection to a finished report, it takes 3–5 days, and up to 7 days for major damage. If eight or more parts are damaged, it takes 5–7 days.
What is in the report?
A paper report in two copies, signed and stamped by the appraiser. For damage, it includes the calculation, photo records, the defect list and the justification for every item.
Is an inspection required?
Yes. The condition of the car can only be judged on the spot, so the appraiser inspects it in person.
Do you come to the car?
Yes, if the car cannot be driven or is at an impound lot or a repair shop. A visit within the city is +1 000 KGS, to Dordoi, Magistral, Novopavlovka and Novopokrovka it is +1 500 KGS, and outside the city it is from +2 000 KGS.
